Protect OUR Constitution

Vote No on Amendment A: This would remove the current constitutional requirement to publish proposed amendments in newspapers across Utah and leave the publication process to state law. Vote No to keep transparency requirements for constitutional changes in the Constitution itself.

Vote No on Amendment B: This would raise the threshold for citizen initiatives from a simple majority to 60%. This is a power grab for politicians, lobbyists, and special interests. Vote No to protect majority rule and the power of Utahns to have their voices heard at the ballot box. Protect the Constitution. B is Bad.
